I believe in the inherent goodness of people. Regardless of their beliefs or perspectives, most individuals are doing their best to navigate life and be good people. This belief is a core motivation for me as both a researcher and a future healthcare provider. 

 

To me, research offers the chance to explore everything from the smallest details to the broadest concepts. It has the power to drive change, not only in strengthening knowledge but also in impacting those around us. Through research, we can foster change, grow, and become stronger individuals. I have always been driven by a desire to understand the 'why' and to discover ways to improve processes and make them more efficient. I'm fortunate to have experienced diverse environments, which shape the research I engage in. 

 

I have found out that nursing is more than just a profession, it is a passion. The path to becoming a nurse is not without its challenges. It is about mastering the complexities of the healthcare system with cultivating empathy and understanding. Joining this research is one that looks to enhance the learning of nurses and healthcare professionals, which is vital in creating competent and strong individuals.  

 

I believe that we can not only drive change within the research community but also uplift and improve one another as a team. This collaborative growth is a key motivation for me in joining this research group.
