A little bit about myself ...
I am the program coordinator in the School of Nursing for the Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Niagara College. I am also a certified Canadian simulation and nurse educator with the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN). I hold a Ph.D. in Education specializing in Adult Education Leadership and Healthcare Education and a Master of Science in Nursing Education. With over 25 years of professional and academic experience in teaching and learning, best practices in curriculum design, evidence-based nursing practice, and educational research, I have been able to contribute to the art and science of teaching and learning within my various academic and professional positions. Key areas in which I have been working to become an expert are:
